Top 10 Exercise Class Maple Grove



New Year is here and, let's face it, it's time for a new you. Shed pounds bad that might have come along with all the holiday and cocktail parties. Make you "get fit" resolutions, but the truth remains this year by getting involved with one of the best classes of Maple Grove fitness. We've created a guide to the top 10 in the region, which are all guaranteed to keep you motivated, let you have fun and help you keep the resolution throughout the year.



Boot Camp

Offered three times a week, Life Time Fitness Boot Camp will test strength, agility, endurance and speed through high-intensity exercise. Pilates

You bring your bike, and jonnyj will give individual attention to improve the technique, pedal stroke, the threshold, lactic power, speed and endurance. People like Valerie Boller love the class because it exercises a "beat all the others as far as intensity."

Two class hours and 3-and-half on Saturday.

Ghostley's Kathy Barbell Strength in Life Time Fitness is all about upping the muscle strength and endurance. Class is tailored to students of all strengths and sizes. Start with three pounds of bar-tools-the main obstacles and adds weight to match the skills and comfort level. Students grow from seeing progress in their bodies, and the growing amount of weight that they can use their bar. Sherrie participants Lutgen, for one, can not get enough fun, upbeat attitude Ghostley motivation to bring to class.

Cardio Kickboxing

As an instructor at Life Time Fitness since the day it opened, Anne Pearson knows how to keep the kick boxing class of energetic, fun, intense and easy to follow.
